Hello.. this will be my first opportunity (after more than 20 years of ownership) to attend. And, I can only stay up to 12:30--1:00pm at the latest.
May I know:
1) How do I ensure that my ballot goes only to WMOwners?
2) Will I be able to achieve much if I'm only there from 10:00 to 1:00?

Thanks for your help.

1. If you follow the instructions here, your proxy will be assigned to WM Owners, Inc. WM Owners, Inc. will vote on your behalf during the meeting.

2. What is it you hope to achieve? The meeting does not start until 1:00pm. Prior to the meeting is "open house" which is basically an opportunity to meet the BOD candidates, checkout the various booths representing services of WorldMark, mingle with other WorldMark owners, and to sample the rather extensive refreshments.

If you have never previously attended a WorldMark annual meeting, I think you will find it informative, even if you have to leave by 1:00pm.

Assign your proxy to WM Owners, Inc. Do NOT assign your proxy to WorldMark's BOD.
WM Owner since 2003.
