Received today in Bellevue, WA.

Nice to see whether a valid proxy was on file but shocked to find that one was not. We have been assigning our ballot to WMOwners, Inc. for years.

Election materials received in today's mail.

I think this statement from the President's letter is noteworthy:

"For the "At-Large" seat, both the Members and Declarant will be able to vote for the candidate of their choice. No incumbent is running for this position. Since there are three highly qualified candidates running for this seat, the Board has decided not to endorse any candidate at this time."

What? The BOD did not appoint a Bob Morrison replacement before the election to run as an incumbent? A Wyndham favored candidate is not running for the At-Large seat? One of three non-Wyndham-affiliated candidates is guaranteed to be elected as an independent Director, and the BOD is not influencing owners' decisions as to which candidate to elect? What is WorldMark coming to?

(Why do I think we have Bob Morrison to thank for this particularly positive circumstance?)

Are we expecting a ballot in the mail?? I got an email showing my proxy was received - I don't need a ballot.
I will miss not going to the annual meeting, however. Will anybody vote for me if I run for the board next year? That way I could get to the meeting on Wyndham's dime. :)

EXCHANGES - Too numerous to mention. We use most of our points for exchanges - something that is well worth spending some time learning.

My ballot just arrived as well and I transferred my proxy to WMOwners, Inc. last year and it was supposed to be for three years. Since I received a ballot does that mean that my proxy is no longer tranferred? How were you able to tell?

Thanks!

Your proxy is still valid. It doesn't hurt to do it again every year to WMOwners just to be sure though.

We adding it to WMOwners, Inc every year, for 3 years.
It only takes a moment and we know it is always current .

Why were you shocked? When did you last assign your proxy to WM Owners, Inc. ? For how long? ...i.e. annual meeting only, or 3 years.

If you send me a PM with either the exact owner name on the account, or the owner number, I can research the history/status of your proxy assignment to WM Owners, Inc.

There have been errors in the election tabulation process in past years, so I am always interested when an owner thinks their proxy assignment to WM Owners, Inc. has not been properly recorded by WorldMark's election tabulator.
