I wasn't able to attend the annual owners meeting. Curious if there was any discussion on the controversial changes this past year, especially two minimum and 10am checkout time? Or any discussion on Guest Certificates, and names on them within two days?

I didn't see any update posts since then, but please point me in that direction if there was a thread somewhere.

But I assume since there has been no discussion on it, there wasn't much content of value, and certainly no answers to the questions we've been asking for a while.

Fast forward to the Q & A part of the meeting. There were several questions asked...but the Wyndham answers were pretty weak. Such as why is the guest certificate not refundable or changeable? Answer: It's a fee for service...period.
