Let us hope Wyndham doesn't forget to build a large parking lot just for ATVs, Boats, Trailers, and RVs too. Since this resort will attract all sorts outdoor enthusiasts, hopefully they will have the parking lot to accommodate their toys. So many WMs lack these types of parking lots, even though they purchased enough land to accommodate them. Here is your Head's Up reminder Wyndham. It doesn't need to be expensive concrete or asphalt, hard pack covered with gravel will work just fine. :)

Did you look at the site plan?

What’s your opinion on the number of Trailer/RV parking spots?

Okay.....now I am starting to get worried. Nothing has seemed to be shared about any progress towards completion and occupancy of this resort for quite a while.

I starting doing a online search or two (always dangerous) and ran across an April, 2020 Moab City Planning Commission agenda that kept referring to HIGH DESERT CONDOMINIUMS as "formerly known as WorldMark". Is this simply a re-branding of our property? Is this a collapse and a quick sale to another ownership group?

Can anyone explain what is going on here? For the last few years...Galveston...Olympic Village...I know that Moab was a new build from the ground up, but is Moab going down too?

It was in the 2/12/2020 Management presentation from the Q1 board meeting stating a Q4 2020 delivery date.

As far as a "rebranding of our property", it isn't ours yet.

Has construction been allowed since mid-March, or are they 4 - 6 weeks behind now?

This is the reply I got from Owner Care:

Moab is still under development and it seems the resort has an official name – High Desert.

According to one of the documents,
Quote:
WHEREAS, it is customary and usual for the Condominium Plat to be recorded once the project
is complete or close to completion.
which the Plat was filed and approved subject to clarifications and conditions.
