Seriously some of the best chicken ever....

Very simply...coat chicken with lighthouse bleu cheese dressing and allow to
marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours....then cook on your bbq.

I use split breasts and thighs...but have used it with boneless as well.

The flavor is amazing...and even my husband (who HATES bleu cheese dressing with a purple passion and was annoyed when he first saw me using it on the chicken) had to admit that it is amazing.

Ahhh, you haven't really seen the great chefs in action yet - and I am not one.

One of the secret ingredients is tasting (and adjusting) while you cook.....

Smoked Salmon Eggs
For Christmas or that next drive-to vacation, make these at home and take them along. This is my favorite deviled egg recipe. I’m taking some to Leavenworth ice festival next month.

Makes 8 to 12 servings
• 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise
• 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon sour cream or plain yogurt
• Salt and white pepper
• 1/4 cup minced smoked salmon, plus 12 1/2-inch pieces for garnish (divided)
• 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
• 1 tablespoon drained capers
• 1 teaspoon snipped chives (garnish)

Remove yolks from egg halves, place in a small bowl and mash with a fork.
Add cream cheese and sour cream or yogurt, 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste; mix until smooth.
Stir in 1/4 cup salmon, onion and capers.
Mound mixture into egg halves, top with a small piece of smoked salmon for garnish & sprinkle with chives.
